Speciale Positive: Tutto, villa stupenda con annesso giardino stupendo. Struttura super spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Inoltre il personale è stato molto gentile, il signor Efprepios è stato da subito super accogliente e si è anche preoccupato di farci recapitare bagnoschiuma e carta igienica in più. Ci ha mostrato tutta la casa al nostro arrivo ed è stato attento e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Consiglio tantissimo questa struttura, posizionata perfettamente per visitare tutta l’isola.

Please experience and good accommodations. Positive: The Villa was large and very nice. I would certainly recommend staying at this property. What impressed me the most was how responsive the management and owner was to an unexpected maintenance issue that was realized when we were given the keys and shown around villa. The main floor air conditioner was not working. It had been replaced with a brand new AC one month earlier. When we shared that we could not accept this and would have to find other accommodations -the villa manager asked that I give them 3 hours to fix it or would be happy to refund our money. The manager contacted the owner who then contacted AC repair and within 3 hours the AC was working. Pretty amazing service. We stayed towards the end of June and AC was important to us.

Great value for money - would come again! Positive: Amazing house, great value for money! Perfect for the bigger crowds, very well equipped - everything you need in the kitchen. Bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge and some fruit which was super nice check-in experience. The team that did the whole check in process was super nice and always very responsive and ready to share the recommendation. Location is great if you are with the car - 5 minutes to the closest beach and 15 min to the city center. We loved it and would come again! Negative: The only small issue in the house were small ants that were showing up in bedroom on upper floor. The spray to handle them was already there and when we sprayed it, it worked and they were not showing up anymore. I guess the issue is there for some time hence all necessary "solutions" are provided. I would recommend that the owner sprays the whole house professionally to solve this issue, as the supermarket sprays will solve it only temporary.
