Best location Positive: The apartment is located right in the center of Kos town. The main square is 1 min walking while the beach is 5 min walking distance. It has 2 big bedrooms, a big fully equipped kitchen, a small balcony in front of the main road, a big balcony in the back yard and a big toilet with a walking shower. Even if the building is old, the apartment has been refreshed. It can easily host 4-5 people. Also good value for money. Negative: The apartment is located on the 1st floor and maybe the stairs will not be that easy for elderly people. The front door of the building is the main door to lock for the apartment. As it is very old you need to lock it every time you leave the apartment as it can be opened easily by a push. A microwave could be a plus.
