Casa Lemonia - 110 sqm Maisonette

Positive: The property was nice although it was lacking in cooking utensils there was some scuff marks on the walls and a handle missing on the chest and the top cupboard was not correctly fitted as you could not open it too far as it would hit agents the door I tried to report the small issues as to not get the blame but to no avail we never saw the staff. Negative: The people carrier that picked us up we had to give the driver the GPS of the property and he just dropped us off on the main road we had no idea how to find the property and if it wasn't for a friend we would never have found it.

Perfect spot, close to the beach, lovely apartment Positive: Great location very close to the centre but in a quite street with local Greek neighbours who were lovely. The apartment was spotless and very modern. Ideal location for those who wish to do self catering and sample the fabulous restaurants and bars that Kardamena have to offer. There was also a local pool we found 5 mins walk away in Elga Hotel that was open to the public so you have this option too.

Positive: This is a top notch accommodation for anyone needing a place to stay in Kardamaina. The house is located 2 minutes from all the important points.,( kritikos supermarket, bus stop that goes to mastichari port and kos town and to a lovely sandy beach) The host was very welcoming and communicated to make sure we were okay. We had a bottle of wine, juice and water as a gift on arrival. The apartment itself is very quiet for a good rest, and yet only two minutes away from all the bustle of the town. Would return there anytime!

Apparemment très confortable, chaleureux, bien équipé Positive: L’accueil de l’hôte à l’arrivée était très explicatif et chaleureux.L’appartement est bien équipé. Après un petit problème d’ordre ménager, l’hôte a été très réactif et le souci a été réglé immédiatement par lui- même:petit cadeau d’une bouteille de rosé en prime. L’appartement est très confortable et bien insonorisé. La proximité de la mer et des commerces est certainement appréciable. Negative: Malheureusement,l’appartement est situé dans une petite rue qui n’est pas vraiment assez propre pour pouvoir appeler la casa comme suite supérieur . Le parking ne peut pas se faire dans la rue mais 100-150 m plus loin. C’est dommage car l’hôte s’investit vraiment pour que vous soyez bien…Je pense que si l’appartement était face à la mer, cette dénomination tiendrait vraiment la route et le rapport qualité -prix serait exact.

Positive: Die Internetbewertung des Vormieters können wir so nicht bestätigen. Es gibt Punkte, die verbessert werden müssen, aber das Objekt wird erst seit kurzem vermietet und der Besitzer arbeitet an den Problemen. Die Objektbeschreibung aus dem Internet stimmt, jedoch verfügt das Objekt nur über ein Bad und ein Gäste WC mit Fußdusche. Das Objekt befindet sich in der Fußgängerzone mitten im Ortskern. Innerhalb von fünf Minuten kann man fußläufig alles erreichen, was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren für 14 Tage mit zwei Pärchen in diesem Objekt. Mit einem Bad ist der Komfort dann natürlich eingeschränkt. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
