Beachside Retreat | Steps to Kos

We had a lovely stay in Kos Town but just feel the description of this spacious property was a little misleading Positive: Spacious property which easily accommodated our group of 7 adults Negative: Advertised as ‘air conditioned’ but there was just one air con unit in the large open plan lounge area and no others in the property. This meant that there wasn’t anywhere in the property that actually felt like it had air conditioning. The bedrooms had ceiling fans but they just served to circulate the warm air around. Whilst the apartment is only a short stroll to the beach it is located on quite a busy road rather than being ‘beachside’ as the title would suggest. The road noise at night meant that leaving windows open wasn’t an option to try and cool the apartment down.

Deniz, Dondurma ve deniz mahüslleri Positive: Merkezi konumu, mutfaktaki espresso makinesi, havlular ve 2 banyo ve wc olması iyiydi. Mutfakta her şey vardı. Evde yemek hazırlamak isterseniz bunu yapabilecek her şey var. Negative: Mobilyalar, eşyalar biraz eskiydi.

Excellent location, very comfortable big flat. Negative: Shower head was a bit broken, sink and shower could be renovated for score 10, otherwise everything was great.

Positive: Wszystko działało ,można było coś ugotować w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, piekarnik tylko dziwnie działa. Pralka żelazko nawet deska do prasowania.W okolicy można znaleźć miejsce parkingowe. Blisko do centrum na piechotę oraz do większego marketu 3 minuty. Wokół mieszkają lokalni mieszkańcy cicho i spokojnie. Na oknach okiennice Negative: Jedna centralna klimatyzacja zamontowana w kuchni z salonem, natomiast w sypialniach trzech pokojach tylko wiatraki...

Overall we were satisfied Positive: Location and size Negative: Some beds are not comportable for 5 person. There was a lot of noise coming from upstairs at night, early in the morning.
