Relaxing, beautiful and just very nice! Positive: We liked it very much as it was not in a tourist hotspot but very close to Kos town! The flat was very nice, it had everything you need! The best was the almost privat beach just across the street.we were not disturbed by the traffic of the road and during night it was calm. A special thank to Konstantinos Katsamakis, he was so friendly and was there for us whenever we had a question or needed something!!! Also the owners are very very friendly and we really felt welcome! Negative: Maybe some warmer blankets would ve nice as with aircondition it is sometimes nice to have a cosy duvet.

Wonderful stay at this great value property. Positive: Well equipped and very clean. Just a stones throw from the sea and beach. Negative: Nothing negative about the property.

Excellent rapport qualité prix Positive: J’ai loué l’appartement pour ma fille et nous avons été très satisfaits du séjour. L’arrivée a été simple et pratique grâce aux informations fournis en amont par les propriétaires et la boîte à clés. L’appartement est confortable, propre et très fonctionnel. La cuisine est bien équipée, la salle de bain et les toilettes étaient parfaitement propres. La chambre est agréable avec climatisation et prises anti-moustiques déjà installées. Malgré la proximité de la rue, le logement est resté calme et sans aucune gêne sonore ou vis à vis. La terrasse est un vrai plus, avec des bains de soleil ainsi qu’un salon extérieur et une très belle vue sur la mer ainsi que le coucher de soleil 🌅. Je recommande volontiers ce logement.

Positive: La posizione vicino al mare , a 2 km dal centro ,facile da raggiungere, sia a piedi che in macchina locali abbastanza spaziosi e insonorizzati Negative: Al momento di prendere possesso dell'appartamento il, personale era assente, c'era una cassetta per prendere la chiave con un codice, appena entrato ho notato l'appartamento sporco, mancanza di prodotti per pulizia, TV senza programmi italiani, mobili da rinnovare

Great location and helpful friendly hosts. Wonderful sandy beach and almost deserted.
