Positive: Konumu mükemmel, evinizde ne varsa, fazlası burada var. Tertemiz tüm odalar, mutfak banyo pırıl pırıl. Ev sahipleri, ilgili güleryüzlü, yardımsever. Kos adası'nda onlarca otelde kaldım. Burası en iyisi ve bundan sonra Kos adası'nda tek adresimiz.

Fine estate a Kos Positive: Appartamento spazioso e dotato di tutti i confort, esattamente come nelle foto. In centro, con tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno a portata di mano.

Positive: L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato, ampio e confortevole. Adatto per un gruppo di amici o una famiglia numerosa. In pieno centro a Kos city, comodo anche per muoversi a piedi. L'ospitalità, la calma, la disponibilità, la gentilezza e il sorriso del sig. Efprepios non hanno prezzo. Lui ci ha scaldato il cuore e ci ha fatto sentire accolti fin dal primo momento. Super stra consigliato!

Really lovely home from Positive: Great apartment located very convenient to Kos Town but also a few minutes from Lambi beach. Near to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, bars and massage / beauty salon. Very comfortable facilities and perfect for our group of 3 friends. We had a spacious room each with plenty of storage facilities plus a bathroom on each floor. I liked how there were toiletries and towels provided plus some coffee. Another good touch was the safety gates at the top of each flight of stairs. Perfect for guests with children. Negative: Nothing major at all. A mirror in the second floor bedrooms would have been helpful. The apartment is located on the first and second floor so there is a flight of stairs at the entrance and there are 2 bedrooms up another flight of stairs. For some that may be an issue.

Positive: Enough to host two families with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything you need from dishwasher to iron is available. It's truly 1 minute to the beach. And it's just near the dock for the ones to come with ferry. There are also lots of restaurants, car rental offices nearby. Negative: It may be hard to find a parking space at times.
