Sehr neue Appartementanlage in sehr zentraler Lage Positive: Das Appartement hatte mit der großen Dachterrasse und dem Jacuzzi schon sehr viel zu bieten. Auch die sehr technisch durchdachte Wohnung (Klimaanlage mit Bewegungssensoren, elektronischer Wohnungszugang) spiegeln eine sehr modere Wohnung wieder. Die Lage ist super, so dass man nur kurze Wege zur Stadt, zum Strand, zum Hafen und zu zahlreichen Restaurants hat. Der Check-in war problemlos und sogar auf Nachfrage, etwas früher als 15.00 Uhr. Negative: Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten, die bereits schon von einigen Gästen genannt wurden (Handtücher und Toilettenpapier trotz 6 Aufenthaltstage, nur für 2 Tage vorgefunden), aber nach Nachfrage wurde Abhilfe geschaffen. Schade nur, dass die Wohnung nicht automatisch auf die gebuchte Zeit abgestimmt ist und man expliziert nachfragen muss.

It has a lot of equipment like a nice fridge, microwave etc. Negative: AC is awful, it turns off the moment you open a window or balcony door even for a moment. But it does not start automatically when you close the windows or balcony door. It becomes a huge frustration. Also ACs turns off automatically on their own sometimes. I would prefer a better AC system rather than receiving a complimentary bottle of wine at the check in. For example, ACs can turn off automatically after a door or a window stays open for 2 mins.
