Amazing stay with a breathtaking sea view Positive: The apartment exceeded our expectations. The sea view from the window was absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of our stay. The location is good — right by the sea, with several great restaurants. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-equipped. It had everything two people could need during their stay, and we felt at home from the first day. Everything was clean, functional, and thoughtfully prepared. A special thank you to Valia and the entire Filoxenia Team for their exceptional hospitality. They were always friendly and helpful. Negative: The only minor thing is that the property is located slightly outside the town center, so getting to the center takes a little longer. However, for us this was more than compensated by the peaceful atmosphere, the proximity to the sea, and the amazing views.

Doskonałe wakacyjne miejsce na wypoczynek ! Positive: Doskonała lokalizacja, blisko do plaży, w okolicy restaurację i sklepy spożywcze. Wnętrze przytulne, bardzo wygodne łóżko ; kąt z kanapą oraz stołem dawał dobrą przestrzeń do relaksu i zjedzenia posiłku . Z balkonu piękny widok na morze.

Positive: Die Aussicht war sehr schön, das Meer ist fast direkt vor der Haustür und das Zentrum Kos mit einem angenehmen Spaziergang erreichbar. Das Apartment ist außerdem im top Zustand und gut ausgestattet. Iro war super lieb, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Negative: Leider war die Straße tags- und nachtsüber relativ laut, weshalb wir den Balkon nicht wirklich nutzen konnten.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft Positive: Gute Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Ordentliche, relativ neue Einrichtung. Alles , was man braucht. Mietwagen konnte man an der Straße parken. Bequemes Bett. Von dort aus konnte man gut die gesamte Insel erkunden und war schnell in Kos-Stadt. Schöne Uferpromenade. Sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Negative: Die Straße vor dem Haus war doch sehr stark befahren. Somit war es recht laut. Dies gilt allerdings nur für tagsüber. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig. Aus diesem Grund hat es uns nicht so gestört, da man tagsüber ja sowieso meistens unterwegs ist. Negativ war allerdings noch, dass wir für 6 Tage Aufenthalt nur jeweils ein Duschtuch hatten. Da könnte man vielleicht ein weiteres zum Wechseln bereitlegen. Es gab zwar eine Waschmaschine, aber für zwei Tücher wollte ich keine Waschmaschine anmachen.
